It’s a program that we have put into place to protect our most valued business asset. The customer. Here’s how it works…
At the end of your move you will receive a survey via email that asks you to rate how we did with your relocation. Once you complete it and send it back to HQ we look at the results and reward the members of our team that stood out as extraordinary. It is important to note that while a rating of “4″ is a “good” job, that is not we are striving for. We will only reward our team members when rated a “5″. So if at any time during your relocation experience you feel as though we are not doing a “5″ level job, let us know immediately and we will correct the situation as soon as possible. This program is a great opportunity for everyone: you receive the highest customer service possible, and we are able to reward our extraordinary team members. Just another way that Union Transfer & Storage is your premier relocation company.

With all that one hears and reads regarding “horror stories” of those having had serious problems with both local and national movers, I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your staff and movers for the wonderful service I experienced in working with Union Transfer. Not only was it a successful move, we (you and I) probably ignored some of the cardinal “don’ts” so often mentioned in articles. The referral from Beverly Hanks Realtors was assuring, so from the first conversation with your very professional women handling my call(s) I felt very comfortable in believing what was told me. Between us (you and I), we skipped estimates and other procedures one normally would follow, trusting the other’s word. Sadly, such an experience is unusual in these times.
The conversations with you, then your girls, then the dispatcher as we changed things around was a good example of what can be done when people communicate. The movers were polite and a pleasure to have moving my goods. The move was accomplished on schedule, the goods delivered safely and very promptly, and the charge was very fair.Sincerely,
I wanted to tell you about the “Wow” service my wife and I received from your crew.
Chris, Tim, and the other gentleman (I’m blanking on his name right now – Anthony??) were not only masterful in negotiating some tight twists and turns, they took great care with everything and worked at amazing speed. Plus, they’re really personable and fun guys, and we really enjoyed having them around!
Once we got to the new house the following day, they remembered what went in which bedrooms better than I did. (Thanks to Byron as well for being flexible with the unloading schedule – there were some issues with the real estate attorney that led to a last-minute delay). The guys set up all the furniture and made our new house ready to be a home.
Getting our belongings from “point a” to “point b” is usually the most difficult part of the move- but this time, it turned out to be the easiest. We plan to be in this house for a long, long time …. but when my friends, relatives, or co-workers tell me they are moving, it would be my pleasure to recommend your business to them.
